A.Levesque #36 - Long Time No Read

First of all, I would like to apologize to the die-hards, I have been missing since 11-4.  That is almost 6 weeks.  I either had absolutely nothing nice to say or was watching my life crumble around me.  Either way, I made it to the other side.  Thanks to all the love from everywhere.  Without people's love, support, and listening ears I would not be where I am today.

I started this blog so that I could share my life stories with people who wanted to hear them in hopes that they could find answers or directions in their own life.  I do not claim to know everything, and I wouldn't even consider myself educated.  I only wanted to let people know that they are not alone.  If you are looking up from your screen feeling alone, you do not have to be.  If the people, places and things you are surrounded by making you feel alone start searching for the people, places, and things that do not make you feel alone.

If you start to watch videos of inspirational of leaders in all industries, they went up against all odds.  Most of you are looking at your damn phones anyways, why not be educating yourself with the unlimited knowledge that is right at your fingertips.  There were times when these inspiring people felt all alone.  There were times that they didn't think things were going to work out.  Drowning in debt, lying to their investors, starving on the streets, and many other life-changing stories.  We are not as different as we are led to believe.

What we have been taught is to hide.  Hide our struggles.  Do not let other people see inside your failures.  Why?  If you are not sharing your struggles you are not helping the people who are lost like you once were.  You are actually hurting these people.  I have always been a very open honest person about the things I struggle with.  I have also learned that I do not struggle as bad as others because I am that open honest person.

NO ONE CAN HELP YOU IF THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU NEED.

Get rid of all the people who suck the life right out of you.  If someone is not putting in any effort to your relationship (spouses, parents, siblings, friends, co-workers) then you need to minimize your contact with them.  Anyone who belittles you disregards your feelings and makes you feel inadequate is not "one of your people."

You must find YOUR PEOPLE...





You also have to find the strength to pull away from anything that doesn't serve your soul and your purpose.  You must find yourself, your purpose and everything you do every day should try to go towards those goals.

Sometimes doing these things will hurt.  Walking away from judgemental family hurts very deeply, but you must know that you can only help yourself.  They will either learn to love without judgment or they may not.  That is their life, not yours.  You set the expectations.  You have to uphold those expectations.

Sometimes it is going to hurt worse than anything you could imagine.
The strength will come from deep down from somewhere you would never imagine.

You will make it.
You deserve to be happy.
You can make any kind of life you want.
You are the only one standing in the way.

Find people who need what you have to offer.

Quit letting people tell you what to do.

You are the only person in charge.
